You can also use the ‘back code’ in case you are not receiving the code on your device.   • Visit the two-step verification page and scroll down to the back area

  • Click on the ‘Get new codes’ option which will help you in generating codes for your Gmail account

  • It will be in a format of ‘Backup-codes-<yourusername>.txt’
