  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Select IMAP for the account type
  • Incoming and Outgoing mail server inputs
  • Username
  • Server Port Settings / Inputs for both incoming and outgoing mail server
  • Authentication type settings and inputs such as SSL or TSL
Step 6 – Click on the NEXT Option
Step 7 – Click on the FINISH option

After you click on the Finish option, the Yahoo IMAP Settings over the Outlook 2016 version will be done and completed and is ready to use.

Yahoo Mail Server Settings Over The Outlook 2019

Below is the process of setting up the Yahoo email account over the Outlook 2019 version installed over the system you have. Please have a look –

Step 1 – Login to the yahoo email account in the very first step
Step 2 – In the next step, click on the ACCOUNT INFO option
Step 3 – Now you will reach the account security window and there you need to enable the option of ‘ ALLOW APPS THAT USE LESSER SECURE SIGN – IN ’.
Step 4 – Now choose outlook desktop option and then click the generate button and then copy the password appeared
Step 5 – open the outlook 2019 version
